  Communion Mass and Breakfast - 11 AM
 Sunday, October 17, 2004

Celebrating Division One's 33rd anniversary in Orange County.

Division 1 will be sponsoring a Family Communion Mass and Breakfast at the Brothers of St. Patrick, 7820 Bolsa Ave, Midway City.  Mass will start at 11 am and will be celebrated by Father John Shevlin, Chaplin of Division 1.  A champagne breakfast with sausages, eggs and potatoes will follow in the courtyard.  Drinks include orange juice, coffee, tea and champagne.  A donation is requested for the breakfast.   All AOH, LAOH members, spouses, children and guests are encouraged to attend.

Please join with us and support Father John and the Brothers.  This is a great way to spend the morning with your fellow Hibernians.

ANNUAL HIBERNIAN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA CEILI
Saturday, October 30, 2004

The LAOH, Orange County St. Brigid Division 1, is planning the ANNUAL HIBERNIAN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA CEILI to be held Saturday, October 30, 2004 at St. Pius V Church in Buena Park. 

"Square Dancing - Irish Style" - An evening of Irish music and dance and fun
for all the family. In Gaelic it's called a CEILI, but YOU don't have to be
Irish to bring the kids and enjoy live music with a caller, dance instructors
-- and a FREE buffet dinner. Sponsored by Ladies Ancient Order of Hibernians,
national Catholic organization of persons of Irish birth or descent. St. Pius
V Church Hall, 7691 Orangethorpe Avenue, Buena Park. Buffet dinner 6:30 -
8:00 PM, music to 11:00 PM. Pre-sale tickets $10 per person, family ticket
$30 (2 adults, 2 children under 16).

1916 Easter Rising Commemoration & Gaelic Mass - The AOH/LAOH of Orange County sponsored the 1916 Easter Rising Commemoration and Gaelic Mass on Easter Sunday at the Brothers of St. Patrick, Midway City. Several hundred people attended this wonderful day of remembrance and celebration of our Irish history and heritage.
